MUTUAL RESPECT PROTOCOLS
Engagement with all brigade personnel must be conducted with professional courtesy. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct within community channels.
COMMUNICATION
Clear and concise communication is the backbone of our operations. Personnel must adhere to established brevity codes and maintain radio silence unless conveying tactical intelligence during live maneuvers.

We are a MILSIM community focused on depth and accuracy. Every member is expected to respect the tactical framework and follow the chain of command during official events.
Rank & Promotion Structure
The 12th Armoured adhears to the British army rank structure which is broken down into the following:
Aspirant
Assigned upon entry to our unit, these are only held until your application has been submitted and processed.
Lance Corporal
These are (or regimental equivalent) are awarded to members displaying potenital and are commonly assigned to be a 2IC of a Section.
Staff Sergeant
Often hold positions such as the Platoon Seargent or QM assisting in organsation of operations.
Officer Cadet
Entry level officer rank, that works closely with unit command to learn the basics of unit organisation and running.
Captain
Captains are junior commisioned officers and 2-IC of a Company.
Recruit
Our entry level rank, this is held until the compeltion of the Phase 1: Basic combat training session.
Corporal
These are (or regimental equivalent) are awarded to members displaying potenital and are commonly assigned to be a 2IC/IC of a Section.
CSM/WO2
They are responsible for discipline, administration, training and welfare of junior members.
2nd Lieutenant
The most junior of commisioned officers, they are second in command of a platoon, This position is picked typically from RSM/Cadets
Major
Majors are in command of companys, they are resposnible for a units training and disciplinary proceedings.
Private
These are (or regimental equivalent) are awarded on compeltion of Phase 1, these are our most junior members.
Sergeant
These are are awarded to members who display excellent leadership skills and will often command a vehicle or section.
RSM/WO1
Highest NCO rank, these are senior advisors to regimental leadership on discipline, training and other matters.
Lieutenant
Lieutenants are junior commisioned officers commanding a platoon or a troop.
Lt. Colonel
Lieutenant Colonels command Regiments and are responsible for overall operation effectiveness, discipline and day to day running
Colonel
Lowest rank of the general staff, They are senior advisors to the Brigade command team and serve as field commanders during operations.
Brigadier
Overall commander of the Brigade, They are responsible for the brigade as whole.
